Inside of led include Signal Decoding Module, Data cache,built-in constant current circuit and RC oscillator,internal integrated current gain control module, CMOS process, low voltage, low power consumption; Without REXT, original design driving current is 18mA for R/G/B dies, driving current can be adjusted by adding suitable resistor.
The gray levels of each dies are 16 gray scale (65536 level) basing on adjustable driving current; Adopt double lines output data solution, data and synchronous CLK signal be sent out together, so all dies in series co-work with each other; Max refresh rate is 4KHz, display panel show high quality on pictures.
